RIAD President
Simon Warr has worked in the legal protection profession since 1989, primarily focusing on underwriting. He is one of the very few legal protection underwriters to write business in both the Lloyd’s and company markets. He has been involved in promoting and establishing new markets for legal protection insurance in jurisdictions around the world.
Simon has worked for AmTrust for the past 10 years and currently runs the underwriting teams across 3 sites in the UK.
He started his engagement with RIAD in 2010, joined the RIAD Board in 2013. He was elected President in April 2017.

Il a commencé son engagement avec RIAD en 2010 et a rejoint le conseil d’administration de RIAD en 2013. Il a été élu Président en avril 2017.
Simon Warr ist seit 1989 im Rechtsschutzbereich tätig, wobei er sich vor allem auf das Underwriting konzentriert. Er ist einer der wenigen Rechtsschutzversicherer, der sowohl im Lloyd’s als auch im Unternehmensmarkt Geschäfte zeichnet. Er war an der Förderung und Etablierung neuer Märkte für Rechtsschutzversicherungen in allen Ländern der Welt beteiligt.
Simon arbeitet seit 10 Jahren für AmTrust und leitet derzeit die Underwriting-Teams an drei Standorten in Großbritannien.
Er begann sein Engagement bei RIAD im Jahr 2010 und wurde 2013 Mitglied des RIAD-Vorstands. Im April 2017 wurde er zum Präsidenten gewählt.
